Leadership Team

SIPCOM’s senior management team comprises Chief Executive Officer; Chief Commercial Officer; Director of Services & Operations; Head of Finance and Executive Director.

The Team’s responsibilities include regularly evaluating the strategic direction of the company, management policies and the effectiveness with which operational management implements them, whilst assessing the overall risk of the company.

Daniel Allen – Founder & CEO

As SIPCOM CEO, Daniel is responsible for the strategy and growth of the company in the Cloud services market, expanding the current solution portfolio in line with our customers’ hybrid and hosted IT demands, driving innovation and market leadership and ensuring an outstanding level of customer satisfaction.

With a proven entrepreneurial track record, Daniel is an acknowledged business leader and innovator in the Cloud services market. With more than 14 years senior experience in IT and Communications, Daniel was Sales Director for a Sunday Times Fast Track company in 2005 & 2006 and was shortlisted for Natwest Entrepreneur of the Year and Fastest Growing Company in 2010. Daniel held senior positions with a number of leading technology providers before forming SIPCOM in 2006.

Neil Cooling – Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Commercial Officer, Neil manages all aspects of the company’s legal and commercial operations as well as providing advice and assistance to the SIPCOM management team on a wide range of business and operational issues.   Neil manages all major contract negotiations and service agreements with customers and suppliers, as well as handling dispute resolution.

An experienced business leader, Neil has held a variety of C-level and senior management positions for the last 25 years at companies including: Chess Telecom,  Bailey Teswaine and Crown House Technologies.

Darron Antill – Board Advisor

As SIPCOM Board Advisor, Darron is responsible for developing the strategy of the company, expanding the SIPCOM partner network, driving innovation and market leadership and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

A proven IT executive, Darron brings more than 20 years of technology sales and management experience to his role. Prior to SIPCOM, Darron held CEO positions at Intrinsic, a managed services provider and AppSense, a virtualisation technology company in NYC.

Claire Gizzi – Director of Services & Operations

Working with our technical leadership and delivery teams, Claire is directly responsible for the delivery and performance of all customer service and operational activities including on-boarding, customer support, provisioning, incident management, engineering, project management and professional services.

Claire is a highly regarded operations director with extensive experience of leading and managing people, evolving processes and developing systems through transformation. In previous roles she has managed the operational interfaces between support, managed services and professional services functions ensuring the continuity and integrity of operational plans and their alignment to strategic business goals.

Claire ‘s background is around developing operational strategy, delivering industry best practice services, building key stakeholder relationships and aligning services output with customers needs.

Ben Blake, Financial Controller

As Financial Controller, Ben manages the company’s financial operations, HR and facilities functions. Ben's focus at SIPCOM is to optimise business processes and develop the finance function to support future growth.

Ben is a New Zealand Chartered Accountant who previously spent 7 years working in New Zealand and the UK at Xero, an NZX & ASX listed, high growth cloud accountancy software company.

Ben has a passion for software and technology and utilising the latest advances to enhance business performance.
