Leadership Team

SIPCOM’s senior management team comprises Chief Executive Officer; Chief Operating Officer, Chief Commercial Officer; Senior Vice President, Sales; Head of Finance and Board Advisor.

The Team’s responsibilities include regularly evaluating the strategic direction of the company, management policies and the effectiveness with which operational management implements them, whilst assessing the overall risk of the company.

Daniel Allen – Chief Executive Officer

As SIPCOM CEO, Daniel is responsible for the strategy and growth of the company in the Cloud services market, expanding the current solution portfolio in line with our customers’ hybrid and hosted IT demands, driving innovation and market leadership and ensuring an outstanding level of customer satisfaction.

With a proven entrepreneurial track record, Daniel is an acknowledged business leader and innovator in the Cloud services market. An experienced board level executive for over 15 years, Daniel was Sales Director for a Sunday Times Fast Track company in 2005 & 2006 and was shortlisted for Natwest Entrepreneur of the Year and Fastest Growing Company in 2010. Daniel has held senior positions with a number of leading technology providers before forming SIPCOM in 2006. In 2018, Daniel was also recognised as one of the Top 40 under 40 Jewish Entrepreneurs in New York by the Young Jew Professionals Organisation.

James Davidson – Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer James is responsible for the customer experience and the service provided to our customers. His role is to help create and oversee the execution of our strategy to ensure that we provide the best in class cloud services in the market.

James is an expert in providing voice solutions for customers, having been in the voice managed service industry since 2011. Furthermore, he has been involved in providing broader IT services since 2005. James was the Operations Director for Atia Communications which were pioneers in providing System Integrator services for Unified Collaboration solutions. He was also the Chief Operating Office for MeetingZone – known for their exceptional service delivery of both the Microsoft and Cisco Voice stack. James brings a wealth of experience from the industry as well as service delivery expertise and operational excellence.

Neil Cooling – Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Commercial Officer, Neil manages all aspects of the company’s legal and commercial operations as well as providing advice and assistance to the SIPCOM management team on a wide range of business and operational issues.   Neil manages all major contract negotiations and service agreements with customers and suppliers, as well as handling dispute resolution.

An experienced business leader, Neil has held a variety of C-level and senior management positions for the last 25 years at companies including: Chess Telecom,  Bailey Teswaine and Crown House Technologies.

Oliver Compton – Senior Vice President, Sales

As SVP of Sales Oliver is responsible for the SIPCOM sales organisation, along with the development and execution of the global sales strategy.  Oliver and his team have specific focus on growing the companies channel and direct customer relationships.

Oliver joined SIPCOM in 2006 as one of the inaugural members of the team and has been one of the key components in building a successful sales organization, while personally delivering a large number of high profile global enterprise accounts. As part of the senior management team, Oliver also assists in expanding our product portfolio to ensure SIPCOM remains at the forefront of its sector.

Giverny Hunter – Head of Finance

As Head of Finance, Giverny manages all aspects of the company’s financial affairs, including scrutiny of the company’s Key Performance Indicators, budgeting and forecasting, credit control, procurement, onboarding of customers and suppliers, and payroll.

Giverny provides a vital insight into the company’s performance and future prospects, enabling and supporting the business in its growth and strategic objectives. Giverny has over 10 years’ experience working with firms such as Deloitte and BDO, both Internationally and in London. She is a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Darron Antill – Board Advisor

As SIPCOM Board Advisor, Darron is responsible for developing the strategy of the company, expanding the SIPCOM partner network, driving innovation and market leadership and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

A proven IT executive, Darron brings more than 20 years of technology sales and management experience to his role. Prior to SIPCOM, Darron held CEO positions at Intrinsic, a managed services provider and AppSense, a virtualisation technology company in NYC.
