With a proven entrepreneurial track record over decades, Daniel is an acknowledged business leader and innovator in the cloud services market.
Daniel formed Sipcom in 2006, having previously held senior and board-level positions with a number of leading technology providers including a Sunday Times Fast Track company. He also assisted Microsoft with cloud strategy for Microsoft UC between 2010 and 2014.
Accolades include being recognized as one of the Top 40 under 40 Jewish Entrepreneurs in New York by the Young Jew Professionals Organisation in 2018. Daniel, previously was shortlisted for NatWest Entrepreneur of the Year, and Sipcom for the Fastest Growing Company.
In 2020, Daniel also led the company to its inclusion in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100, which recognizes the fastest growing privately owned technology companies in the UK.
Chief Operating Officer

James is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and driving innovation to deliver an industry-leading customer experience.
He helps create Sipcom’s strategy and oversee its execution so that we can lead the way in communication and collaboration services.
James has been involved in the industry since 2005, and before Sipcom, was Operations Director for Atia Communications, pioneers in system integrator services for Unified Collaboration solutions. He was also Chief Operating Officer for MeetingZone, known for their exceptional service delivery of the Microsoft and Cisco Voice stacks.
Chief Financial Officer

John oversees Sipcom’s global financial operations based out of London. He is a chartered accountant with over 30 years’ experience, including as CFO for a Sunday Times Fast Track company, and is highly expert in financially managing high growth technology-based businesses. John manages all aspects of Sipcom's financial affairs.
Chief Commercial Officer

Neil manages all aspects of the company’s legal and commercial operations.
He advises Sipcom’s management team on a wide range of business and operational issues. Neil handles all major contract negotiations and service agreements with customers and suppliers.
An experienced business leader, he has held a variety of C-level and senior management positions over the past 25 years including Chess Telecom, Bailey Teswaine.
Senior Vice President, Sales

Oliver looks after Sipcom’s sales organisation, developing direct and indirect customer relationships and executing our global sales strategy.
He joined in 2006 as one of our inaugural team members and has been key in building our successful sales organisation. Oliver and his team focus on growing Sipcom’s channel partners and product portfolio so that we remain at the forefront of the cloud communication and collaboration industry.

Darron advises on developing Sipcom’s business strategy, from expanding our partner network to driving innovation.
He ensures we lead the way in providing excellent customer satisfaction. Darren has over 20 years of technology sales and management experience and previously held CEO positions at Intrinsic, a managed services provider, and AppSense, a virtualisation technology company in New York.
