City UC transformation specialist eyes growth with appointment of new COO

London and New York based UC & voice transformation specialist SIPCOM has appointed James Davidson to the position of Chief Operating Officer.

London and New York based UC & voice transformation specialist SIPCOM has appointed James Davidson to the position of Chief Operating Officer.

James has joined the city-based business following a year of more than 50% growth and will play a key role in a further 50% revenue uplift in 2019.

Responsible for spearheading further innovation throughout SIPCOM’s UC and voice portfolio, James is also charged with ensuring the delivery of an excellent customer experience.

With more than 10 years of board-level experience in the industry, James brings proven expertise in leading transformation projects and enabling businesses to deliver best-in-class customer services around public and private cloud.  He held senior operations roles at MeetingZone, Atia Communications and most recently delivered board-level consultancy to several companies in the industry.
